meetingvenuesuk is a website dedicated to showcasing the residential and day meeting facilities available at around 80 universities across the UK. Over 30 of these venues now have dedicated conference centres which are available at any-time of the year. Many venues also offer some campus facilities year round; however the majority of facilities are available during the summer, Christmas and Easter vacation periods. Meeting Rooms
A range of room sizes are available from small seminar rooms for 10 to tiered lecture theatres for up to 1,600 with state-of-the-art equipment installed. These facilities are also ideal for training courses, conferences or away days.
Accommodation
This is complemented by onsite accommodation from budget to hotel standard and includes single bedrooms, self-contained flats and apartments, and en-suite accommodation equivalent to three or four star hotel ratings.
Catering Options
Wide selections of catering options are also available for event organisers to choose from - from buffets to banquets.
meetingvenuesuk is a trading name of VENUEMASTERS, the consortium that promotes the facilities for meetings, groups and budget breaks at around 80 UK academic venues. It has been operating for over 25 years and last year helped around 700 people find the meeting or accommodation facilities they were looking for.
