We process almost 1,000 enquiries a year to help hundreds of event organisers find their ideal venue. We have a dedicated enquiry team which you can call and speak with or alternatively you can complete this online enquiry form.

The form asks for details about your event requirements on the first page and then your contact details on the second page. All mandatory fields are marked with a red symbol as these questions allow us to better refine your search.

Once you have completed all the relevant areas and clicked 'submit' you will see a thank you message. We will then confirm within 24 hours which venues can accommodate your enquiry and you will receive proposals directly from them within another 24 hours.
