VENUEMASTERS has launched the 2011-12 edition of its annual Venue Guide. The latest version includes contact phone numbers for all the venues plus details of the free venue finding service available to event organisers. A digital version of the Venue Guide is also now available, allowing readers to view it online.
The Venue Guide gives event organisers a quick and easy way to find a list of the venues represented. It also details where they are located, whether they provide facilities for meetings, group accommodation or budget breaks, and how to contact them directly. There are over 40 locations to choose from and the list is ordered by town/city for easy reference.
VENUEMASTERS has now been operating for over 30 years and has helped thousands of organisers to find suitable venues for their events. The team offers a free venue finding service and the good news is all this comes with no hidden charges as there is no commission or booking fee to pay. The Venue Guide also features the contact details for the enquiry team.
Academic venues offer great value for money with an average Day Delegate Rate of £33, 24 Hour Rate of £84 and Group B&B Rate of £34. There is a wide variety of venue types from unique buildings with history and character to new state-of-the-art developments and examples of the different facilities can be seen in the Venue Guide.
