Snow Patrol at Conference Aston
Were you caught out by the snow last year? Well, this year we're on snow patrol!
If you book a meeting/event at Conference Aston and it gets cancelled due to snow, rest assured that you will be able to reschedule the event at no extra charge, as long as you rebook by the end of February.
Here's how it works:
If you need to cancel, we'll issue a 50% non refundable 'snow invoice' which will be credited against your new date. The remaining 50% will be payable once your event has gone ahead. In the event of the new date cancelling, the full value of the original event will become payable.
Snow patrol deal only valid for bookings originally booked November 2011 - February 2012. Event must be rebooked by 29th February and must take place by 31st March 2012.
