Number 45 Millbank home to the world-famous Chelsea College of Art & Design, is a member of The Westminster Collection and offers a versatile and memorable Grade II listed event space with panoramic views across River Thames. It is the perfect setting for corporate entertaining and private events, where groups of 15 to parties of 200 can enjoy the splendour of restored Edwardian elegance in magnificent rooms.
The Banqueting Hall is an elegant Edwardian space that can accommodate up to 200 standing guests or 160 diners and is ideally suited to banquets, larger events and major presentations. The Red Room is available as a stand-alone space for 50 guests seated or 60 standing and also connects with the Banqueting Hall. The contemporary style Green Room is ideal for smaller meetings of 10 or 60 standing. With stylish outdoor space at a premium in central London, Number 45 Millbank offers a creatively designed courtyard garden in which to meet your guests, for relaxing coffee breaks during the day or alfresco entertaining.
Chelsea is every inch a working college and event spaces are available for hire during academic vacations, within term time (by arrangement) and most weekends and evenings. The Green Room is available for hire after 5pm Mon-Fri and on application on Saturdays and Sundays.
