Meeting Facilities (facilities for day and residential events)
At MIC, we have 15 individual meeting rooms for 2 to 120 delegates, all either have natural light or are air conditioned. Our Atrium is a superb venue for private events with a capacity of up to 130 people.
The day delegate rate includes an appropriately sized meeting room, beverages and mineral water throughout the day and a hot two-course lunch in the restaurant or alternatively, a working lunch can be served in your meeting room.
We offer special day delegate rates for charities and non-profit organisations and have competitive commercial rates. We also offer a 20% taster rate for clients booking for the first time.
All meeting rooms can also be hired at an hourly rate, have Wi-Fi access and can be arranged to suit most configurations.
Guest accommodation has been designed to offer the highest standards and value. There are 28 en suite contemporary boutique-style rooms all featuring: air conditioning, LCD television and radio, a desk space, room safe and telephone.
