Meeting Facilities (facilities for day and residential events)
At the University of Salford, we have a unique, year-round dedicated conference centre, The Innovation Forum.
This stylish and aesthetically pleasing building provides conference delegates with a professional, comfortable and relaxing facility. The main conference room can seat a maximum of 110 delegates and three boardrooms to seat between 2 and 30.
There are many other buildings that are also available to event organisers, including:
Lady Hale Lecture Theatre: A newly built facility with a modern lecture theatre for 240 delegates and smaller breakout rooms that seat up to 30.
Mary Seacole Building: A modern building with a large lecture theatre that can hold up to 300 delegates with many breakout rooms nearby.
Peel Building: The Victorian Concert Hall within this building can hold up to 300 delegates.
Maxwell Hall: Our largest venue that seats up to 1020 delegates has removable seating, making it ideal for meetings, presentations and exhibitions.
MediaCityUk: Our outstanding new facility at MediaCityUk boasts cutting-edge technology and offers unique learning, teaching and research space as well as unrivalled conference facilities. This exclusive facility has a very unique offering and with a backdrop of innovation and creativity, will inspire and excite your delegates and guests.
