Meeting Facilities (facilities for day and residential events)
Having two prime locations offers significant benefits to our customers. Our City Campus is based on the edge of the City Centre, and the other is in the delightful, picturesque area of Oadby - a beautiful, leafy green site complete with a 16 acre botanic garden, ideal for any event. City Campus offers over a dozen year-round meeting rooms for up to 200 delegates and during vacation periods a vast array of additional rooms are available from seminar rooms to lecture theatres for up to 500 delegates. Oadby also has over a dozen rooms available year-round for up to 450 delegates with many more available during vacation periods. Residential conferences and meetings can be hosted at both locations during our summer, Easter and winter vacation periods amounting to approximately 22 weeks of the year. All types of accommodation are available including en suite, standard shared bathrooms or self-catered flats and apartments.
