FACILITIES AVAILABLE DURING VACATION PERIODS: Discover an unrivalled range of purpose built conference & meeting facilities including the Palmer Building with a 409 seat conference hall, 166 lecture theatre, 14 syndicate rooms and registration, reception, and exhibition space. A warm welcome awaits you in our residential halls with over 2,000 standard and en suite bedrooms.
FACILITIES AVAILABLE EVENINGS & WEEKENDS & YEAR ROUND: In addition to the Palmer Building, there are a further 12 lecture theatres on campus, and over 100 rooms available for meetings, and syndicate space. Most rooms feature full in situ multimedia presentation equipment. Additionally we have a range of private dining and function suites.
DEDICATED YEAR ROUND VENUE: University of Reading - Black Horse House: Black Horse House is a purpose built hotel and training centre with 36 en suite bedrooms and 3 fully equipped meeting rooms available all year round. All bedrooms are non smoking, and have a spacious desk area, telephone, colour TV, radio alarm, tea/coffee making facilities and towels/toiletries. Free parking is provided.
