The University of Surrey is located in an enviable position, directly off of the A3 and only nine miles from the M25. The campus is within easy walking distance of Guildford town centre and mainline station. Heathrow and Gatwick Airports are less than one hour away

FACILITIES AVAILABLE DURING VACATION PERIODS: The University of Surrey provides one of the largest, best located conference venues in Surrey. Up to 1,000 bedrooms , over 80 meeting rooms, exhibition halls and a modern conference restaurant serving imaginative menus and a range of healthy options all ensure the University can successfully host events ranging from small day meetings to complex residential conferences. Meeting rooms seat 10 to 418.

FACILITIES AVAILABLE EVENINGS & WEEKENDS: All facilities are available for hire year round during the evenings and all day at weekends.

DEDICATED YEAR ROUND VENUES: The University has two year round centres for day meetings for up to 90 people in unique surroundings. The C/E/C is our purpose built management training centre with delightful lakeside views, air-conditioned rooms and a fully staffed reception desk. Wates House has a traditional design with views across Guildford and is set in a quiet location.
