FACILITIES AVAILABLE DURING VACATION PERIODS: Close to the River Thames and set in 35 acres of beautifully landscaped grounds, our meeting rooms date from Victorian splendour to modern lecture theatres and breakout rooms. We offer the versatility to match your organisation's budget and requirements, and the flexibility to ensure the success of your conference.

FACILITIES AVAILABLE EVENINGS, WEEKENDS & YEAR ROUND: During term time St Mary's can offer non-residential meetings in the Waldegrave wing of historic Strawberry Hill House and in our new dedicated conference suite. In the evenings and at weekends we can offer access to a wide range of lecture theatres and teaching rooms all equipped with data projectors and screens.

DEDICATED YEAR ROUND VENUE: The Shannon Conference Suite is an ideal location for business meetings or training courses. Offering three dedicated conference rooms, with natural light and the flexibility of removable walls, in a self-contained area of the Campus with it's own entrance and amenities. End the day with an evening banquet in the 19th Century gothic Waldegrave Wing.
