UCL is based in Gower St,WC1 within walking distance of London's tourist attractions, shops, museums and theatres; most of our Residences are also centrally located. With excellent public transport links UCL provides the ideal location for your meeting or event throughout the year.
UCL has meeting venues that are available throughout the year ranging from small classrooms and meeting rooms (10-160) to fully equipped lecture theatres (50-340).
In addition we have a number of flexible spaces suitable for receptions, dinners, conference catering and exhibitions.
We offer full day or session rates inclusive of standard audio-visual equipment. Our in house hospitality service can cater for all your event requirements.
At the weekends and in the vacation periods we are able to host larger events and conferences, and UCL residential accommodation is available in the summer months, in addition there are a large number of hotels to suit every budget within walking distance of our main Gower Street site.
