Set in 250 acres of parkland, close to Junction 33 on the M6 and on the main west coast railway line, Lancaster University is ideally located and easily accessible.

Meeting Facilities (facilities for day and residential events)

Lancaster University offers an extensive range of venues to suit all budgets, with meeting facilities from 10 to 600 delegates, and up to 250 en suite bedrooms during the Easter vacation and 1,000 during the summer vacation. Our conference team has a wealth of experience and flexibility and will always endeavor to make your events successful.

Central location, beautiful surroundings and outstanding facilities make Lancaster University an easy choice, upheld by an exceptional catering team. Most of our meeting spaces, bedrooms and restaurant spaces have either been newly built or newly refurbished, with tiered lecture theatres and varying sizes of meeting rooms all within the self contained campus.

We also have a 4 star hotel on campus, adjoined to one of our conference centres, which has an additional 99 luscious bedrooms, leisure centre and free car parking.
