Meeting Facilities (facilities for day and residential events)
Central location with outstanding facilities and services make Lancaster University an ideal choice for your event. Most of our meeting spaces, bedrooms and restaurants are either new or newly refurbished, with tiered lecture theatres and varying sizes of meeting rooms, alll within our self contained campus. We offer a flexible range of venues and services and our conference team has a wealth of experience, always endeavouring to make your event a success.
Facilities available during vacation periods:
We have meeting facilities for up to 800 delegates during our vacation periods, with up to 250 en-suite bedrooms available during Easter and up to 1,000 during Summer. We have just experienced an exceptionally successful conference season and have received some great feedback as a result.
Facilities available all year round:
We have two purpose built conference centres which are available for conferences of up to 120 all year round. Ballrigg Conference Centre is situated in the heart of the campus and offers 6 central meeting rooms. We are also now able to offer residential conferences on campus for up to 80 people all year round.
Lancaster House Conference Centre, with several purpose built suites and a lounge area, is adjoined to a 4 star hotel with 99 bedrooms and a leisure centre.
